Our History: 1999 – Present

God’s Production Ministries Inc. was founded by Clara Kennedy Witherspoon in November 1999.

The agency’s mission is to encourage the development of positive skills that bring about lasting change in the lives of at-risk children and their families.

Our vision is to provide a safe and supportive environment where youth and families can learn practical life skills and gain meaningful experiences. Through individually designed plans, access to community resources, and active family participation, we aim to strengthen every member of the family and promote growth that lasts for generations.

• In 2006- 2009 Community Mental Health & Support Services  were provided (ages 3–18) with trauma-informed care, mentoring, and behavioral health resources
• Established a Free 21st 
• 2009- 2013 offered a 21st Century Community Learning Center  Afterschool  and Summer Program (K–8) provided academic enrichment,  parenting workshops, and a safe spaces for learning.
• 2020 - Present  Jonathan Martin Scholarship Program in memory of a young leader, supporting students pursuing higher education or trades.
•   2018- 2020 Introduced the Teen Domestic Violence Workshop Prom dress Giveaway, combining dignity, celebration, and positive youth engagement.

2025 -Whole Family Restoration, the ministry will not only serve  youth but also parents and guardians with wraparound services designed to support emotional wellness, stability, and growth of the entire family.

God’s Production Ministries Inc. continues to expand its impact through programs that empower families and promote long-term stability. The organization hosts Teen Domestic Violence Awareness Workshops, fostering safe and healthy relationships among adolescents.

Through Whole Family Restoration, the ministry serves not only youth but also parents and guardians with wraparound services designed to support emotional wellness, stability, and growth.

It provides educational advocacy for families with school-aged children, ensuring that every child has access to the support and resources needed for academic success.

Today, God’s Production Ministries Inc. continues to build a legacy of compassion, empowerment, and resilience, encouraging families to thrive in their communities and cities.

In 2008, God’s Production Ministries Inc. (GPM) provided a Summer Camp Tutorial Program for children enrolled in low-performing schools, offering academic support, enrichment activities, and confidence-building experiences designed to help students reach their full potential.
